This estimate includes the applicable standard service-call charge of service-call rate plus one hour of diagnostic/estimate labor at hourly labor rate, so the customer can review the full expected total before authorization. This charge is not automatically waived merely because additional repair work is approved. For a qualifying major project, the invoice may specifically credit the $175.00 charge back after showing it as part of the service record. If the customer declines the quoted work, authorized service/diagnostic charges already performed remain due.
Payment and lien rights: Amounts due for authorized labor, diagnostic services, parts, materials, service charges, and other authorized services are payable according to the invoice terms. To the extent permitted by applicable Florida law, unpaid amounts for labor or services actually performed may be subject to applicable statutory lien rights and lawful collection remedies. Nothing in this agreement creates a lien where one does not otherwise exist by law, waives any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived, or permits enforcement except in accordance with applicable notice, authorization, possession, filing, and other statutory requirements. By signing below, the customer acknowledges these terms and authorizes the work described in this estimate.
The $75 service call + $100 first diagnostic/estimate labor hour ($175 total) are shown on the estimate so the customer can see the full expected total before signing.
Use this only when the customer signed the estimate earlier but did not authorize the work at that time. Confirm the agreed scope and price, then collect a separate signature.
The accepted estimate stays on file. The new invoice carries the approved scope, schedule, and money already received so the deposit is not charged twice.
Add before, after, damage, or inspection photos. Photos are stored with this browser's job data, so keep regular backups.
Customer acknowledgment that the invoiced work has been completed. A remaining balance does not hide or prevent this signature.
Signature areas appear according to the job stage. Estimates use Estimate Authorization; larger service work can use Customer Work Authorization; invoices always provide Job Completion below.
Saved items are shortcuts. Leave the rate blank for variable-price work.
Each trade has its own independent service catalog. Switch trades anytime; your edited prices and descriptions stay saved separately for each business type.
Switching catalogs does not mix services together or overwrite another trade.
